About Dr. Ami Amini-Salari, MD, DMD, PhD
Dr. Ami Amini-Salari is an award-winning oral and maxillofacial surgeon who completed her surgical training at the Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School Oral Maxillofacial Surgery residency program. Dr. Amini-Salari is a 2024 winner of Incisal Edge Magazine’s 40 under 40 award, Mass Dental Society’s 10 under 10 Award, as well as a 4 time winner of Boston Magazine’s Top Dentist. She specializes in dentoalveolar surgery, wisdom teeth removal, dental/zygomatic implants, bone grafting, sinus augmentation, facial cosmetics, and general/IV anesthesia
Dr. Amini-Salari is Vice Chief of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Division at Mass General Brigham’s Newton Wellesley Hospital. She earned a Ph.D. in bone tissue engineering and regeneration at the University of Connecticut. Ar. Amini-Salari has published her work in top-tiered medical journals and presented her work at national and international conferences. Dr. Amini-Salari has professional affiliations with the American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Massachusetts Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Massachusetts Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetic Multispecialty Society.
